The mission of the Sarv Rojgar Yojana is to build a better future for all. This includes individuals, our blocks, our district, our state, our nation, and our world. We fulfill our mission by preparing competent, committed, and reflective professionals as we engage in outstanding industrial specific training program, innovative and impactful as per industry demand, and meaningful outreach. Our mission to provide 100000+ Jobs every year through Sarv Rojgar Yojana at Penn State is to deepen and extend knowledge about the formation and utilization of human capabilities.

Foundation Scheme 03

Sarv Rojgar Yojana is the flagship scheme of Pathway Foundation and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this skill certification scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill Industrial Training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.

The target allocation between fresh Industrial Trainings will be flexible and interchangeable depending on functional and operational requirements, an official statement said.

The scheme, completely aligned to the common norms as notified earlier, would move to grant based model where the Industrial Training and assessment cost would be directly reimbursed to Industrial Training providers and assessing bodies in accordance to the common norms.

Disbursement of Industrial Training cost to Industrial Training centers partners will be Aadhar and biometrics for better transparency and targeting. Skill Industrial Training would be done based on industry led standards aligned to the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).
